✨ We were honored to be part of the Mediterranean and Red Sea Exploration Summit, held in the New Administrative Capital from April 28th to 30th.
Our SEG Student Chapter was proudly represented by our President Lujain Elroussy and Secretary Motiam Alaa, where we participated both as volunteers and attendees in this remarkable event.
The summit was attended by H.E. the Minister of Petroleum Karim Badawi and SEG President Joseph Reilly, making it an inspiring platform that connected industry leaders, professionals, and students.
As part of the Student Program, we had the opportunity to deliver a presentation titled:
“CCS Role in EOR”, highlighting the importance of Carbon Capture and Storage in enhancing oil recovery and supporting sustainable energy solutions.
We are truly grateful for this valuable experience that allowed us to learn, engage, and represent our chapter.
Special thanks to:
Dr. Fathy Hassan, Dr. Mohamed Helal, and Dr. Samir Abdel Moaty for their continuous support and guidance 🤍
