On July 10th, American students (QUO 2017) visited our school and joined classes. After welcome ceremony, one American student and 6 or 7 Japanese students of General Academic Course made a group and talk about a topic. After a few minutes, the American student moved to other group and talk about a different topic. In 6th period, students of Inquiry on Science / Culture introduced some Japanese cultures to them, and they experienced some of them. In 7th period, American students were divided into two groups, and one group joined cooking class and the other joined craft class. After school, students guided them into our school. They had much communication with our students and had a good relationship with them.
7月10日（月）、毎年恒例となっているアメリカからの高校生（QUO 2017）が本校に来校しました。歓迎セレモニーの後、普通科の生徒6～7名にアメリカ人高校生1名が加わったグループであるトピックについて意見を交わし、一定の時間が経ったら、アメリカ人高校生が次のグループに移動してまた別のトピックで意見を交わしていくというアクティビティを行いました。6限目は探究科の生徒たちとの交流で、生徒たちが日本文化の紹介を行いながら、アメリカ人高校生たちもいくつか体験するということを行いました。7時限目は、2グループに分かれ、調理実習と工芸に参加し、笹寿司作りと紙飛行機制作を行いました。放課後には生徒たちが数グループに分かれ、校内やクラブ活動の様子を案内しました。盛りだくさんの内容でしたが、その分、お互いに良い関係を築き上げることができたと思います。
