Harvard College in Asia Program (HCAP) - Hong Kong HCAP was launched in 2003 to foster mutual understanding between Harvard and Asian students.
This year will be the 14th consecutive year that the University of Hong Kong (HKU) partners with the Harvard University in organizing this program. This program consists of two conferences, one in January at Harvard and another in March at several Asian universities, including HKU.
