With grateful hearts, we celebrate the successful culmination of PROJECT KAPWA 3.0: Kalusugang Aagapay sa Pangkaisipang Wasto at Akma.
Over the past weeks, we had the privilege of journeying with the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) of Bureau of Jail Management and Penology through a series of sessions on goal setting, self-development, emotional openness, communication skills, emotional regulation, and healthy coping. Each activity provided an opportunity for reflection, learning, and personal growth, reinforcing that positive change begins with small but meaningful steps.
As we conclude this activity, we hope that the lessons, realizations, and experiences gained will continue to inspire resilience, hope, and the pursuit of a better future.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology โ Imus City Jail, our partner institution, Guidance and Counseling Office - Cvsu Imus, Samahan ng mga Magaaral ng Sikolohiya - SMS Cvsu Imus Campus, to everyone who contributed to the success of this extension activity, and most especially to the participants for their active participation, openness, and willingness to grow throughout the journey.
