What a lovely morning - nature at its best but reminding me to take care, walking at pace on the way home focussing on the day ahead, I slipped in a very comedic way nearly falling into a hedge but saving myself at the last second (Billy Connolly would have been proud).

In the past I would have literally died of embarrassment, but today I styled it out and then guffawed, tears rolling at the comedy of it, Billy being the soundtrack of my escapades with his Glaswegian ‘iiiieeeeeee’ as I slipped and slid and then caught myself.

Laughter truly is the best medicine…..Take care, have fun💖
