• Treasurer: Neal $19,529.43 -- $8,023.75 scholarships, golf outing profit disbursement, lunches, stipends and supplies
• Cookies and Pies: so far $800 in sales ends 10/22
• Rice winner Marie Pedrozo
• Candy bars are not…but choc covered pretzel rods
• NATR: biggest success ever +$6300, more than $1k from last year; bartenders donated their tips $132, $1300 in basket raffle tix, 117 attended plus staff, Riegelmayers only charged for food cost!
• Wrapping presents for breakfast with St. Nick
• Breakfast help is needed
• Santa Shop 12/7-9
• Mother/Son dance 2/11; Father/Daughter 4/29 (BOTH TENTATIVE)
• Burgers and Beers to be run by PTU for $25 with Trivia, 50/50 boards, raffle baskets, (January 21), some profits earmarked for 7/8th field trip, link to “eventbrite”
• November 19th Charge game with a 100 seat block, 40% on 50/50 return; SPORTSBOOSTERS event
• New VP is Niki Campbell
• FDB & Roberton great start to the new school year
• PTU will provide dinner for the teachers during Parent/Teacher conferences

• Intro: Jackie – prez , 2 kids (8th and 5th), Neal treas., 1 child (4th), Advisor Michelle Reynolds, no children enrolled but continues to help, Thom Mills secretary, 2 kids (8th and 4th). We have a vacancy at VP! Please contact Jackie if interested 2167981166.
• Treasurers Report: Neal 4 mos of reports: Beginning with $16,955.47 (May) with expenses including Carnival and Dance, One Call renewal; June expenses include carnival supplies and graduations; July expenses include Teachers lunch; August influx of funds from Golf Outing; expenses include golf towels and trophies. Closing balance $18,751.36
Scholarship checks are being cashed!
• Duty of the PTU awards scholarships and help teachers with lunches and dinners. $5600 in scholarships in 2022. WE raised over $22k last school year!
• Golf $2241 profit, huge success. Will be better and more attended next year with an earlier tee time. We lost several groups due to the afternoon start. Should we change to a BBQ lunch instead of Steak dinner? This would save us $8 per golfer (max. savings of $600)
• Cookies and Pies, kick off in October. Paper and on-line orders. We will need help on delivery day
• Candy bars? No Malley’s, Sarris was last year but keeping inventory was tough.
CHOC. PRETZ RODS this year! $1 per (.40 prof); beef stix thru sports boosters
• Any other ideas?
• Night at the Races: Michelle 10-8-22 -10 races with reverse raffle; food by the Riegelmayers with OctoberFest food theme incl. soft pretz $20/$25door; need vol. for help the night of. Set up Fri/Sat. morning. Each class will put together a themed gift basket.
• Wrapping party for breakfast with St. Nick; place matt paper in art class
• Breakfast with St. Nick 12/4; serving, bussing help, kitchen crew is set
• Santa Shop: Michelle12/7-9 set-up 12/6 $1 items, shopping has started with help from the Henry’s; keep the kids away from the tables keeps order. Vol. needed to help the littles and wrapping; Christmas cards at the check-out; don’t want to buy too much and fill storage room
• Children’s Carnival in May….ideas to form. New games? Need more stuffed animals
• Mother/Son dance (tentative) Neal will run this event
• Father/Daughter dance (tentative) we will need someone to run this
• Meeting notes will return to FaceBook
• Jessica Robertson: Sickness is ravaging the teachers and students, led to Thursday school closing; over 300 children enrolled; no calamity days will be used if work is sent home.

• 6:04 pm prayer – Thom
• Treasurer’s report: expenses of $12,234.04 includes scholarship checks, folders, retreat lunch, gift cards, night at the races, and supplies; deposits of $9,169 from night at the races; closing at $14, 854.38
• Night at the Races (benefitting Pre-K): huge success, biggest yet! Food, new racing company, reverse raffle $1k, all sponsorship and horses sold, a lot of fun; $5.5k profit!!
• Cookies and Pies: turned in last Friday, ordered processed Wednesday. Waiting for instructions on disbursement, $4k profit, will have more information about volunteers needed for distributions
• Breakfast with St. Nick: 12/5 - Tuesday November 30, 5:30 pm wrapping, we have wrapping paper, but may need more. Color-coded, no glitter paper! Will need help serving food and running up and down the steps. Cooking is covered.
• Santa Shop: 12/8 – 12/10 Accessory Palace has been helpful, mom/dad gifts are wrapped, every kid gets something to take home…$1; shifts of volunteers are need, as much as you can. ½ class at a time, roped off tables to keep from contact and easier to keep organized.
• Mother/Son dance: 2/12 Need help running that night…Skalecki and Kubiak want to help.
• Malley’s: 36 bars per box (we pay $36). We will have to charge $1.50 per bar to make a profit
- BJ has assorted box
- Worlds finest chocolate was not good
- Malley’s quality speaks for itself
- Boxes withheld for non-sellers, and 8th graders will not be given scholarships for non-participation.
- 1 box per family instead of 2…advertise as 2 for $3
- This fundraiser funds the scholarships; $5k needed
- We may have to parents pre-pay for box…
- We will talk to Malley’s

• Fr. Brown grateful for all the help!
• Robertson: $1 dress down Thursday 10-28, Trunk or treat 10-29 ….pre tix required, Conference time…map scores…sign up! No school Nov. 5 & 8, 5 pregnant staff members!!! It’s in the water! Urban marries Saturday the love of his life!
