Millennials'​ Impact on the Workforce: Where's the Love? More and more each day, my conversations are being dominated by the effect or impact Millennials are having on the workforce and the workplace. What occurs to me is that most of these conversations seem to at least discount, if not completely ignore the other two-thirds of Millennials' lives.
