Eid Mubarak! "Eid ul-Fitr is not only a day of joy, but a celebration of faith, patience, and gratitude after a month of devotion.

"وَلِتُكْمِلُوا الْعِدَّةَ وَلِتُكَبِّرُوا اللّٰهَ عَلَىٰ مَا هَدَاكُمْ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ" —

“That you may complete the prescribed period, glorify Allah for guiding you, and be grateful.” (Qur'an 2:185)

"لِلصَّائِمِ فَرْحَتَانِ: فَرْحَةٌ عِنْدَ فِطْرِهِ وَفَرْحَةٌ عِنْدَ لِقَاءِ رَبِّهِ" —
“For the fasting person are two joys: one when breaking the fast, and one when meeting his Lord.” (Sahih al-Bukhari; narrated from Prophet Muhammad)

Ramadanul Kareem Mubarak 1447

“Ramadan 1447 AH is a return to mercy, discipline, and divine closeness—where hearts fast before bodies, and souls rise before dawn.”

Qur'an (2:183)

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ

“O you who believe, fasting has been prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may attain righteousness (taqwa).”

Sahih al-Bukhari & Sahih Muslim

مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ

“Whoever fasts Ramadan with faith and seeking reward, his past sins will be forgiven.”

In 2 AH, fasting in Ramadan was made obligatory after the Hijrah to Medina. The blessed month also witnessed the Battle of Battle of Badr—a historic victory symbolizing faith, patience, and reliance upon Allah.

“May this Ramadan purify our hearts, strengthen our taqwa, and unite the Ummah in mercy and guidance.” 🌙
