Состоялась рабочая встреча Председателя Управляющего комитета Астанинского хаба государственной службы Алихана Байменова и Председателя Высшего Судебного Совета Дмитрия Малахова с участием членов Совета, сотрудников его аппарата и представителей Хаба.

Алихан Байменов отметил, что Хаб придаёт особое значение сотрудничеству с Высшим Судебным Советом, поскольку от качества отбора судей напрямую зависят доверие общества к судебной системе и обеспечение справедливого правосудия. Дмитрий Малахов, в свою очередь, выразил благодарность за поддержку и высоко оценил практическую значимость ранее проведённых обучающих мероприятий.

Стороны обсудили ключевые изменения в деятельности Высшего Судебного Совета и договорились продолжить совместную работу по развитию профессиональных навыков его членов, в том числе через обучение современным методикам проведения интервью с кандидатами на должности судей и внедрение лучших международных практик.

Также была достигнута договорённость о подготовке совместного исследования и публикации его результатов в журнале Астанинского хаба.

По итогам встречи подтверждена взаимная заинтересованность в дальнейшем углублении сотрудничества, направленного на повышение качества, объективности и прозрачности процедур отбора судейских кадров и укрепление доверия общества к судебной системе.

В рамках встречи Алихан Байменов передал в библиотеку Высшего Судебного Совета научные публикации и аналитические материалы, подготовленные Астанинским хабом государственной службы.

Развитие местного управления в Центральной Азии

10 декабря на площадке ПРООН в Казахстане состоялся круглый стол, посвящённый развитию местного самоуправления, цифровизации и административным реформам в Казахстане, Кыргызстане и Узбекистане.

Спикеры представили результаты исследований по опыту реформ местного самоуправления , стратегическому планированию и ЦУР, цифровизации, а также роли волонтёрства. Участники отметили необходимость комплексных программ территориального развития, укрепления цифровой грамотности и вовлечения граждан в процессы местного управления.

В рамках мероприятия был подписан меморандум о взаимопонимании между Астанинским хабом государственной службы и Фондом Ханса Зайделя, открывающий новые возможности для совместных инициатив, обмена опытом и внедрения инновационных практик в государственном управлении.

The programme featured a thematic workshop with a field visit and the OECD Global Forum on AI in Government, which included the official launch of the OECD Digital Government Review of Korea, offering participants firsthand insights into cutting-edge digital governance solutions.

The event also marked the release of “Global Approaches to AI Governance: Policy, Legal, and Regulatory Perspectives”, a joint publication developed with Korea’s Ministry of the Interior and Safety (MOIS) and the National Information Society Agency (NIA), UNDP and ACSH. The publication showcases international experiences and best practices, advancing the global dialogue on how governments can use AI responsibly, ensuring transparency, accountability, and public trust.

4 ноября 2025 года Астанинский хаб государственной службы принял делегацию Пекинского административного института во главе с вице-президентом Юанем Цзифу.

В ходе встречи стороны обсудили опыт подготовки государственных служащих, обменялись мнениями о современных подходах к развитию компетенций и рассмотрели перспективы дальнейшего сотрудничества, включая реализацию совместных исследовательских и образовательных проектов.

Особое внимание делегации было уделено исследовательским инициативам и аналитическим публикациям Хаба. Участники выразили надежду на расширение двустороннего сотрудничества и углубления обмена опытом в сфере государственного управления.

Astana Civil Service Hub has launched a training session for new members of the Supreme Judicial Council, focusing on advanced HR tools used in the selection and career development of judges.

Since 2021, with the support of the Hub, regular trainings have been conducted for Council members aimed at developing competency-based interview skills. Practice has shown that mastering modern candidate assessment methods helps enhance the objectivity and effectiveness of judicial selection procedures, ensuring a higher level of alignment between candidates and the positions they fill.

Civil servants from Central Asia, the Caucasus, and the Asia-Pacific region discussed the role of PPPs in digitalization and the use of AI in governance
Over 40 government officials from Central Asia, the Caucasus, and the Asia-Pacific region gathered in Samarkand for the inter-regional workshop “Public-Private Partnerships in Implementing Digital Transformation Strategies and Using AI”, held on the margins of the United Nations Public Service Forum.

The guide was developed by order of the Astana Civil Service Hub, and it is designed to help civil servants use artificial intelligence tools effectively and ethically in their daily work.
It provides government employees with step-by-step instructions, verified AI tools, and recommendations for the ethical, safe, and effective use of technology in today's environment.
