All of the charges have been dropped, but stipulations have been out on the teaching of the subject.

The State had a meeting on August 7th to decide what they were going to do about Tim and the situation. They sure took their sweet time getting around to it. We are still waiting to hear back from them.

Still nothing from the State of Idaho. We have heard that they are waiting to hear from the school to tell them that they have satisfied the parents that filed the complaint.
