London Area's Official page for judo. To date there are 45 clubs in the London Area and continuing to rise.

The British Judo Association formed in 1948, with the formation of different areas such as London starting a few years later. Also home to the Budokwai -Britain and Europe's oldest club.

Better late than never!!! Huge congratulations 🎉 👏🏽 👏🏽 👏🏽 🎉 to not just one but three London Area Coaches who teach in schools that are ranked 1st 2nd and 3rd Place at the British Judo Schools Championships. This is down to the phenomenal work of the coaches and students. Well done Sensei Calvin & Sensei Beth Saints Judo Academy, Turan Kiani School and Sensei Ramone and Sensei Kelly School. Keep up the excellent work!!!!

are currently looking for a coach to lead a regular term-time judo session at a school in Mottingham, London SE9, from 4pm to 5pm. The session pays £30, and applicants must hold a minimum Level 2 coaching qualification, along with a clean DBS on the Update Service.

Session times are 10am till 11.30am for ages 8-12 years and 12pm till 1pm for ages 13 and above

Most importantly this session is FREE OF CHARGE
