Three-time Academy Award recipient Paul Debevec will give the keynote at Digital Storytelling's 20th Anniversary.
Twenty years since Digital Storytelling first brought Norway's film, VFX and games community together, we're marking the occasion with Art and the New Machine — Friday 9 October at Cinemateket in Oslo. The programme is now nearly complete, and we couldn't be prouder of the lineup.
Our international keynote: Dr. Paul Debevec, a Fellow in Content Production Research at Netflix and a pioneer of the image-based lighting and facial-capture techniques behind two decades of visual effects. Paul first spoke at DS in 2011 and we're honoured to welcome him back.

• Stuart Penn — Visual Effects Supervisor at Framestore (Gravity, Avengers: Endgame, Project Hail Mary)
• Espen Nordahl — Head of VFX at Storm Studios; Emmy winner and Oscar nominee for Sinners
• Theodor Groeneboom — VFX supervisor at Rebel Unit and VES Award winner
• Tahir Tanis — Creative Director for ARC Raiders at Embark Studios, in conversation with DS co-founder Eric Hanson
• Morten Moen — tracing the history of Norwegian VFX, from the early days to an Oscar nomination
• Stephanie Erso — Chair of the Norwegian VFX Association
