It’s transfer season in CCSD and SB-6161, which now requires a certified librarian in every school, is proving it’s worth. Our job portal is abundant with schools looking to hire librarians - many that haven’t had one on staff in years. This is why smart people allowed this policy to pass and how it will impact our students:

Ronnow is collecting donations of bottled water Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm at 1100 Lena street, Las Vegas, NV 89101.

When students return on the 1st of March, they will not be able to use drinking fountains and we want to make sure that they are hydrated by providing water bottles for students that forget them or run out of water during the day. Thank you for supporting our Rams! ❤️

The books are here! We’re getting psyched for NV Reading Week which is taking place during our very first week returning to the building with the new hybrid schedule. The theme is “Change Your World: Read!” 🌎♥️📚

It’s the end of an era! My beloved library partner, Cindy, is starting a well-deserved new chapter in Georgia after 19 years at C.C. Ronnow Elementary . I am going to miss her, but I’m so happy for her. 💜
