Happy New Year!!!

Thank you to every member who trained, supported and grew with us.

The last event for 2025, Mumeshi 3's!

For the first time we were able to enter 2 teams in the team event. While neither team made.it out of the pools everyone played exceptionally well. We are so proud to have two strong teams representing us.

In the women’s individual event, the always-dependable Vivian powered her way to a remarkable third-place finish. Not even a calf strain could slow her down. 🥉

Hi friends!

This October, we’re doing 51 sit ups every day, one for every lost and abandoned animal that arrives at The Lost Dogs’ Home daily.

Lost animals don’t ask for much. Just a warm bed, a full belly, and someone to love them. That’s where we come in. Because behind every tail that will wag, every purr that’s still to come, and every zoomie waiting to happen, is someone like you.

Please donate to our challenge today. Your support will help give scared, lonely animals food, shelter, vet care — and the chance to feel safe, loved, and curled up on someone’s couch where they belong.

Thank you so much!

Another Victorian Kendo Championships in the books.

While we didn't achieve the results we would have liked everyone played really well and gave it their all.

On to the next one.

Over the past few weeks we have had the pleasure of hosting the ladies from Fudoshin Kendo Club for some joint womens trainings.

Looking forward to hosting more of these dedicated trainings in the not too distant future.
