"Bana Le Ntsako was never and will never be about fame" The establishment of this organisation Bana Le Ntsako, was purely out of wanting to share a life testament of the Founder Mr Mponeng Cascar Mokgalaka, a fine young man who was ,born and raised in Limpopo, in a village, known Ga-Selwana in Phalaborwa.
It is true when they say that after darkness there will always be light, even when it doesn't seem that way, when going through hardship. Mr Mokgalaka's father lost his job when he was still very young, which made things really tough for him and his siblings, infact for the whole family. When things got tougher, a decision was made that young ones should go stay with their grandmother, who stayed in another village, known as Xitlakati.
The move to the grandmothers house didn't mean all was going to be smooth and well, he does admit that him and his family did sometime go to bed with an empty stomach, went to school bare footed, because they could not afford them.
During summer holidays (December) when other kids got Christmas clothes and presents, his father with the little that he would hustle, he would buy them school shoes, so that when it is time for schools to be open in January they would be sorted, as funds were limited.
His home situation made him to want perform well at school, which got him to pass his matric very well and that meant that he was then going to be able now to proceed to the University of the Western Cape, were his field of interest was Social Sciences (BA) and other degrees obtained from institutions like Unisa and UCT.
He did not only focus on his studies when he was at the University he also found himself falling inlove with playing soccer for the University first team in his first year. Proven that he is a very hard working human being, he was then approached by a gentleman, Mr Ayanda Ndamane whom was impressed with his skills on the field.
Mr Ndamane made a promise to a young Mponeng, that he would make sure that he takes him to one of then the biggest teams in Cape Town, that was well known as Santos FC, for the trials and yes he kept his promise. The football club was also impressed with this young gentleman that they signed him within a few weeks of training, which meant that his hard work was starting to pay off.
Playing for Santos football club was a blessing in disguise, reason being that it opened a lot of doors for him. From Santos he then went on to play for a couple of teams, international teams, to mention a few St Pauli FC, Hamm United FC, Hamburg HSV, some of these teams were in Belgium and says its all thank you to an agent that represented him very well and the gentleman's name was Mr Reinhart Widera, may his soul rest in peace.
"I share my story to inspire young people, with a dream, even the ones without a diream because of their circumstances. I started the foundation not because I wanted to be famous or I needed financial injection and best believe that I am not Bana Le Ntsako, it is for my people that are in need of assistance, we will assist how ever we can, because I know what it feels like not have nothing"

The teams dream along with Mr Mokgalaka is to atleast, to have donated (500) five hundred school shoes by the year 2021. They pledge that they will also continue assisting under priviledge families with groceries.
"We set down with my team, Chief of Academics Ms Tumelo Mmakoma Malatji and spoke about how we can assist students that are struggling with their school work and we decided that we must start a tutoring program to the neighbouring high school, Makikele and Masaswivona high school. The program started early this year in March and it is going well. We want to expand the program to other neighboring schools as well, we want our kids to do well and be given all the extra attention they need to perfom well.
