As of July 30th, 2019, California has adopted the Natalie Giorgi Sunshine Act. The act highlights the information around food allergens, their reactions, and how we will educate food handlers on food allergies.
The Natalie Giorgi Sunshine Act - Food Allergen Education Natalie Giorgi passed away due to an allergic reaction to peanuts while attending camp. Thus began the process for the Natalie Giorgi Sunshine Act.
