It's been a nice couple months of freedom again.

๐Ÿ‘ŒYou're more appreciative of the weekends spent partying after being pretty much locked up.

๐Ÿ‘Œ You're replacing training with evening drinks.

๐Ÿ‘ŒYou eat whatever you want, because freedom!

But is it starting to pay a price?

โœ–๏ธYour fat rolls when you sit on the toilet are multiplying.

Have some whey lying around in the kitchen, two scoops of chocolate whey (any brand) with almond milk is a nice easy meal. You can use water but it won't taste as creamy. How much liquid you use depends how think you like it. Ideally use a blender for a smoother texture.โฃ

Turn the kettle on in the morning and go and get showered dressed etc, when it's boiled stick the eggs and water in a pan and go finish getting ready. โฃ

10 minutes and they are cooked. Drain the water and pour cold water on them, leave the tap on as you do chores/make coffee.โฃ

Within 2 mins the eggs will be cool and ready and easy to remove the shell. Stick the eggs in tupperware, mash with a fork, add salt pepper, hot sauce and take it with you as you head to work .โฃ
