It's been a nice couple months of freedom again.
๐Beer gardens, socializing and meals out with friends.
๐You're more appreciative of the weekends spent partying after being pretty much locked up.
๐ You're replacing training with evening drinks.
๐You eat whatever you want, because freedom!
But is it starting to pay a price?

Have some whey lying around in the kitchen, two scoops of chocolate whey (any brand) with almond milk is a nice easy meal. You can use water but it won't taste as creamy. How much liquid you use depends how think you like it. Ideally use a blender for a smoother texture.โฃ
