It’s that time of the year where wishes are cast upon The Tree of Hope.

Today’s officially Teacher’s Day in Singapore. But as usual, the biggest gifts await all at Miss Loi’s Temple later in the year/beginning of next year, iykwim 😉

In an effort to "keep up with the times", Miss Loi asked Chatgpt & Open AI some quick questions about Jφss Sticks, The Temple & herself.

Was feeling rather flattered by the answers until the part on "Lee Wei Ling" and "Mr. Auspicious" 🤔

At the risk of this page resembling a bakery, here’s ’s for this year’s batch of students.

It’s time for you to fly and shine and finally grab what’s rightfully yours. And remember no matter what happens on the day, just know that YOU’LL BE OK.

For the first time ever, not every one was able to spend their final lessons physically at The Temple, sample Miss Loi’s farewell cookies, or hang their wishes on the Tree of Hope 😢

It’s been a challenging year full of turning points of online/onsite classes but … to quote a post written 14 years ago (https://www.exampaper.com.sg/miss-loi-the-tutor/anybody-wanna-drink-before-the-war):
