The OVP fall pin clinic is back!! This is a great opportunity to learn a fun new dance any to get to hang out with your OVP squad. They have also included a technique clinic for 6th-8th this year. Scan the QR code for more information. Sign ups end 9/25.

It is going to be extremely hot on Saturday. Don’t forget it can be 10 - 20 degrees hotter on the field. Please have your athletes start hydrating now!!
☀️ It’s crucial to start drinking water now if you want to be properly hydrated.
☀️ It’s a good idea to cut out extra sweets and greasy foods. Stick to lots Fruits and veggies. Those are naturally dense in water.
☀️ Avoid caffeine
☀️ Make sure your output is clear to pale yellow.
