TB Awareness Activity was successfully conducted at under the 100 Days TB Campaign. Approximately 300 students actively participated in the session and were sensitized about the key aspects of tuberculosis, including its symptoms, modes of transmission, early diagnosis, and the importance of completing the full course of treatment. The session also emphasized reducing stigma and encouraging timely health-seeking behavior.
The activity was facilitated by Mr. Niraj Kumar Sinha, State Lead, Impact India Project, TB Alert India, along with Mr. Sudhir Singh, District Lead, and their team members. The program was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Gauravpreet Singh Sodhi, District TB Officer (DTO), Moga, and Dr. Ripu Daman Kaur, SMO Kot Ise Khan. Such initiatives play a crucial role in empowering students to spread awareness and contribute towards the vision of a TB Mukt Bharat.
