This is because you could make a career out of this by furthering your study of the language. Radio and television stations will readily employ you. You could also benefit from government scholarship.

When you go for screening for admission into higher institution, what is it that crosses your mind ? Are you worried about written or oral interview? Don't worry, the real test is on the way ! Your fantasy will disappear when lectures commence. That is when you will value all that your teacher in secondary school was telling you. I wish you well.

If you hàve checked WASSÇE 2017 result and it is good, be happy. However, you may need tog prove yourself by taking JAMB UTME . The reason being that ur dream of university admission will remain a mirage without a good UTME result.

As the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) will be starting shortly bear in mind that only a personal effort is good enough! Depending on and succeeding via external assistance is a great deception. Future defense of your academic ability could be hampered. If you intend to further your studies, a conceited effort at mastering your subjects is the only option!

Welcome to 2017! For those who are planning to sit for the JAMB-UTME this year, note that use of scratch card for registration has been scrapped. The new system is referred to as "pin vending". Only centres where exams will be conducted are selected to register prospective candidates after payment has been made online, at ATM. or at the bank. For further info on 2017 JAMB visit

So you want to join the military? Which branch? Army, Air force, or Navy? At what level? Recruit or NDA after school certificate, Short Service Combatant Course as a graduate? Whichever you choose, note that as a member of the armed forces you are a government investment (GI). Need more counselling on joining the armed forces or the police, chat or call. Best wishes.

The Federal Government is making it easier for you to access higher education. With the new guidelines just released, u only need a good UTME result and five credits in WASC or NECOSSC or NABTEC including English Language and Mathematics for your admission! No more aptitude test and other conditionalites.It was not like this last year and you should therefore seize this opportunity to be in school. Note that cheating your way through to obtain a good school certificate will not help you in the university Take your studies serously.

Being deceived or having the feeling that these items are necessary for you in school is not only risky but damaging to your aspirations as a student! Some restraints, self control and careful selection of friends are the ingredients for success in academics. Quick action and emergency shows have marred the future of many. Think.

So much seems to be happening in the school of late. A first class interhouse sports fiesta, election of prefects by democratic method and swearing in of winners by a legal practitioner! Invitations are already out for the first of its kind send forth of 2016 final year students with pesentation and launching of a maiden school magazine! Don't be satisfied by just being a nominal student in the school, be part and parcel of these developments.

If u are one of the prospective JAMB candidate that was afraid of taking the university qualifying exam otherwise called aptitude test, don't jump for joy at the news of its cancellation by the Fed. Govt.! If the statement credited to Prof. Peter Okebukola is true, then prospective candidates are in for a greater headache. They are to undergo oral and written tests to be conducted by the higher institution of their choice. As you can see, head or tail, you must still put in your best to secure admission.
