As we approach the blessed days of Dhul Hijjah, Alhamdulillah IOU has officially launched its 2026 Qurbani/Udhiyah campaign:

“A Qurbani that Feeds and Educates Africa”

This year, through a single Qurbani contribution of $110, you will:

• Provide fresh meat to vulnerable African communities during Eid

• Sponsor one month of education for a deserving African scholarship student

Many of the communities receiving the Qurbani only taste meat once a year during Qurbani. At the same time, thousands of students across Africa continue striving to gain a university education despite poverty, limited opportunities, and financial hardship.

By combining Qurbani with education, we are creating a unique opportunity for donors to multiply their impact and earn ongoing sadaqah jariyah, insha Allah.
