I just felt I wanted to share this lovely experience.

This week-end we had our first community night under the name "Total release" which we will be organising once a month. I sign up to chef and I had, of course, a wonderful team!
It is so easy to make mealplans nowadays after having completed the CCA training, and from Goa I feel much more secure with amounts cooking for around 25, 30, 40 persons, I am also so inspired by you my dear chef friends Maria and Jo.

What I really noticed was how easy it was for me to explain how I wanted the food to be in a way where everyone assisting was totally included. How I could be very clear, very direct, knowing exactly the taste, shape, measures, amounts with such direct leadership were I simoultaneously fully trusted the inherent leadership of everyone preparing the food and met them from that obviousness of fully knowing everyones potential as perfect glowing knowing in each kitchen task, I also saw the specific talents of the persons and highlighted that were they could blossom in that and step up to give instructions and pass on/share their knowledge. This fully set the environment of a stable self-leadership team. One of my assistents asked me about seasoning and how to chop some leeks and I knew exactly and gave direct spontaneous instructions, he directly commented on this and said "wow, its so wonderful with someone knowing exactly what they want and being able to give such clear instructions".

I was teaming with 4 persons and what I felt I did was manly givning appreciation and just highligting their talents for them to step up with their skills and the environment was of such total flow, ease, joy, laughter. The food ended up exactly as I had in mind and I figure it was fully because I could give so clear instructions, not shying away, not afraid of giving instructions, not afraid of being a leader, being clear for them to be their own leaders and so fully including everyones inputs! So nice!

I continued in the kitchen making a cake too and people started to take care of the dishwashing, helping out, putting all the kitchen tools away and some one came in and said "maybe we should say to people that we have a taking away team for this", but it was just so obvious people loved being in there to serve, help out. Another man cleaned half the kitchen whilst we were talking about everyday life experiences of the training.

We did Jo's yummie Cauliflower couscous (people love it) and it went totally amazing (we added minth and that was lovely)

- Chickpea/red lentil, leek patties (with totally perfect consistency)
- Cauliflower couscous with roasted coconut, sesame/sunflower seeds and minth
- Carrot cabbage sallad
- "fluff" dressing seasoned with lemon, honey, orange and chili! (awesome) no leftover at all with the fluff (never happened before)

Thank you for this lovely training that makes everyone blossom in their strenghts, gifts, and talents! And thank you for you! I love you both so much!
