Join the Service Crew at the 2026 Northeast AEE Regional Conference!

Want to be part of the magic and the learning? We’re looking for 10 awesome humans to join our Service Crew team.

Service Crew members volunteer about 8 hours total across the weekend:
• Friday: Help with setup + check-in (2 hrs)
• Saturday: Support workshops & activities (4 hrs)
• Sunday: Workshop support and/or cleanup (2 hrs)

We do our best to match you with workshops you’re excited about — and because this is AEE, there’s still plenty of time for play, connection, and choosing your own adventure throughout the conference.

Service Crew members receive a $50 discount on a 3-day registration.

• Folks looking to give back
• Seasoned professionals who want to connect in a new way
