Strikes are a powerful tool that provides workers leverage to bargain for better working conditions and fair pay! (Not) the other way around... The district is not going to move forward with any meaningful changes unless we pull together in !! If anyone tells you otherwise, they are gambling with your money on the wrong team! Don't allow yourself to be stripped of the one and only tool that will get what the students and we deserve!!
