If you want to perform better and feel better in your body it starts with learning how to reset and reload movements you are avoiding.
In this example we already knew his hip wasn’t rotating properly. We found that the reset movement was actually the first step to making his serve more powerful.
BUT that’s wasn’t enough. We had to teach him how to
-activate his code while moving through his hip
- stand and rotate his hip while keeping his core engaged
And then we had to reach him how to add his arms without losing his core and add the power from his back leg pushing off instead of jumping.
Going to physical therapy isn’t enough if you can’t pull the movements over into your LIFE!

Efficiency is something you learn as you learn about what your body NEEDS and WHEN your body needs it.
1. HOW you do an exercise will change your outcome. We utilize props, position, and sensation to make sure you are doing an exercise HOW it will work best for you.
2. WHAT exercise you choose is IMPORTANT. Some days you can go to the biggest bang for you buck exercise. Other days you’ve got to be smart and Reset so that exercise that loads your muscles , loads the CORRECT muscles for the right effect.
This is FOR YOU if you find yourself getting injured in yoga, lifting classes or your activities. If the activity loads your problem you need a STRATEGY!
