We are launch *"Aarohan" – Daily Live Online Yoga Classes*, specially designed to energize your mornings and improve your overall well-being.
Led by:
Ms. Anuradha Jha – a highly experienced and certified Yoga Alliance International Teacher, Academic Yoga Ph.D. Scholar, and expert in Naturopathy and Ayurvedic Nutrition. She has successfully guided individuals across all age groups – from children to the elderly – including special categories such as pre & postnatal yoga practitioners.

Time: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Mode: Live Online Sessions
Fees: ₹900 per month
