Our start date for our Women's Krav Maga Self Defence classes has changed we will now run from Wednesday the 20th of October and every Wednesday at Shane Glennons Conditioning Monaghan Town at 07:30pm. Learn realistic Self Defence techniques and how to recognise danger, build confidence while learning how to defend yourself and developing a new skills.
