Yuya Assaan-ANU Founder & Head Teacher of ANU Life Global Ministries | Published Author | Host of Chief Yuya Podcast My work involves people.

From walks along jungle tight ropes to constructing 5-year plans over a green tea. I love to assist people in their journey towards their highest ideas of achievement and success within their fields of focus. I can quickly see the talents and uncovered genius in people that they don't or struggle to apply. I've owned a barbershop, and record label, worked in IT, served as a school Dean and GED pro

gram director, provided consulting services as a personal/business coach for 20 years, public speaker, and so much more. All these experiences have gifted me the tools of insight, strategy, empathy, and creativity. We people are ever-evolving, complicated, diverse, and natural explorers. This profile may be a digital expression but, behind it is a real person who has an authentic excitement for growth and contentment in all areas of human growth. My life has been an exhilarating adventure and I have always worked to help others feel the same way about whatever it is they are purposed to do or discover that purpose within their profession. I have been fortunate to experience many supervisory positions throughout my calling in community empowerment, personal development, education, and information technology. I have always been fascinated by the factors that make a group tick and help people to happily work collectively. Through my coaching, book authoring, courses, workshops, lectures, and podcasts, I help people to create a future that aligns with their highest potential. Right now, I am the head of a community-based service organizations with members worldwide. I also own and run a non-governmental organization based in West Africa that provides technology and academic support to underserved communities. I enjoy meeting anyone interested in self-actualizing within their fields. Reach out if you want to talk about entrepreneurship, coaching, career counseling, machine learning, and emerging tech. From Head Start to adulthood, young people are shaped by more than just public schools. Homes, religious institutions, and communities all cultivate a mental ecosystem that can shift them away from their pure, integral standing.

Create an atmosphere for the miraculous by understanding the interplay between what is seen and unseen. It's a cosmic weaving, a revival of understanding, much like ancient creation myths. True creation comes from this balance.

Purpose isn't complicated; it chases one thing: integrity. The 'rough road' that derails this pursuit? Compromise. Understanding this core principle simplifies the journey.

As children, we build vibrant inner worlds, content with our own company. But external pressures often push us away from this vital self-discovery, leading us to seek temporary outer validation instead.

As kids, we joyfully build our inner selves, content with solitude. But external pressure can push us to seek validation externally, leading to a dangerous focus on the temporary outer world.

Life's biggest challenge is the fight between compromise and integrity. We often fear the pain of change, which is the pain of death. This fear leads us to compromise, losing integrity with every small concession.

The reflection of life within your awareness is a direct result of your own actions and choices. If you don't like your circumstances, you have the power to change the causes and therefore the effects. This is tapping into your divine creative ability.

You were directly lied to about how the world works. This created a culture of unaccountability, keeping you from realizing that everything you experience is a direct result of the causes you've created. It's all you.
