We're offering classes at Glen Elm School, Wednesdays, starting 6PM: Kids Kung Fu (ages 6-12), followed by Adult Kung Fu and Wellness.

8PM features Internal Dimensions Energetics. This is highly recommended for anyone interested in exploring the energetic chi, prana or vital force basis of our nature. Numerous possibilities exist to deepen your benefits from meditation, in helping others through energetic therapies, delving into the essence of martial arts, or perhaps gaining insight into the nature of your mind as part of your own spiritual journey. This class will give you the basis to further your skills and understanding, in a light-hearted, fun and welcoming setting!

Vintage art collectible: BID now!

This piece came into the collection of Kung Fu Regina several years ago from another local enthusiast. We believe the piece was commissioned as part of a series that included several other famous movie personalities, which were prominently displayed on the exterior of a local business. Do you remember this from our city?

Bruce Lee, the Little Dragon! This is a really well done tribute to this martial art & movie legend and will really appeal to Kung Fu and movie enthusiasts alike. It also has a unique place in our Regina community history!

The piece has a wooden back with metal binding and a plexiglass window. Despite its age, remains in wonderful condition.
Approx. 4' x 4', 30lbs.
