Ladies we talked about things that will help get ready for tomorrows game, here are a few more tips. Water, water, water, no soda, or energy drinks. When you eat dinner try to eat between 5 pm and 6pm, a mixture of carbohydrate and lean protein. Some examples include rice and chicken, if have Mexican, lay off the cheese. No chips. Other good options include a sandwich with turkey or chicken.
