【香港體育教師會議 2026（HKPETC 2026）】

PLACY® 早前參與 #香港體育教師會議 2026（Hong Kong Physical Education Teachers Conference 2026），於香港中文大學設置展覽站點，與來自學界及體育教育界的參加者交流互動。

活動於 2026年6月4日 舉行，並以體能活動、健康及 21 世紀體育教師的角色與核心素養為主題，對推動本地體育教育發展別具意義。

PLACY® 作為協辦單位，亦於現場為參加者提供反應力測試 ，並送出小禮品；讓大家在會議交流以外，亦有機會親身體驗運動科學與身體素養相關評估的實際應用。
本次具啟發性的活動，將測試與教育場景結合，亦有助讓更多教育工作者及業界人士更具體地理解身體素養、體適能與運動科學在實務中的價值。

期待未來繼續透過更多校本、社區及專業平台推動兒童及青少年身體素養發展。

【Hong Kong Physical Education Teachers Conference 2026 (HKPETC 2026)】

PLACY® recently joined the Hong Kong Physical Education Teachers Conference 2026 (HKPETC 2026) at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where we set up an exhibition booth and connected with participants from the education and physical education sectors.

As a co-organiser, PLACY® also provided reaction testing on-site and shared small giveaways, allowing participants to experience the practical application of physical literacy and sports science beyond the conference sessions.

We are glad to have been part of such a meaningful event and to engage with educators and professionals from different backgrounds. We look forward to continuing to promote physical literacy through more school-based, community, and professional platforms.

【Build Your Professional Profile: Junior Assessor Certification in Children and Youth Physical Literacy】

Looking to strengthen your professional edge in recreation management, education, or sports science?

PLACY®️ will soon launch the Junior Assessor Certification Course in Children and Youth Physical Literacy, combining theory, practical training, and assessment to equip students with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to assess children’s and youths’ physical development.

📍Date: 30–31 May
📍Time: 9:00am – 5:00pm
📍Venue: University Sports Centre, CUHK
📍Eligibility: CUHK students only (undergraduate and postgraduate students; those majoring in sports, health, or education will be given priority)
📍Fee: Free of charge (HK$300 deposit required and fully refunded upon successful certification)
Upon successful completion of the course and practicum, participants may receive:

【 PLACY® 基礎動作技能親子運動體驗日 】

由 PLACY® 主辦、香港中文大學體育運動科學系校友@sspealumni 及 香港中文大學教育學院幼兒教育課程畢業同學會協辦 的 PLACY®基礎動作技能親子運動體驗日，已於 2026 年 5 月 16 日 圓滿舉行！

是次活動以 #基礎動作技能（Fundamental Movement Skills） 與 #親子互動體驗 為核心，透過不同分站遊戲挑戰及體能攤位，讓小朋友在輕鬆、有趣且具參與感的環境中探索身體動作、建立自信，亦讓家長更直接感受幼兒身體素養發展的重要性。

感謝 #基督教樂道幼稚園 的信任與協作，以及每一位家長與小朋友的投入參與。見到大家互相鼓勵、共同完成挑戰，並在香港中文大學度過一個充滿活力與歡笑的下午，正是這次活動最珍貴的地方！

我們相信，推動幼兒身體素養是社會、學校、家庭與專業支援共同參與的過程。期待未來繼續透過更多校本及社區活動，陪伴孩子在成長路上建立更好的動作基礎、自信與運動樂趣。

【PLACY® Fundamental Movement Skills Parent-Child Sports Experience Day】

Organised by PLACY®, and co-organised by the CUHK SSPE Alumni Association and the CUHK Early Childhood Education Programs Alumni Association, the PLACY® Fundamental Movement Skills Parent-Child Sports Experience Day was successfully held on 16 May 2026.

Centred on Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) and parent-child interactive experiences, the event featured a range of game stations and physical activity booths, allowing children to explore movement, build confidence, and enjoy active participation in a fun and supportive environment. It also gave parents a more direct understanding of the importance of physical literacy development in early childhood.

Our sincere thanks to Lock Tao Christian Kindergarten for their trust and collaboration, as well as to all the parents and children who participated so enthusiastically. Seeing families encourage one another, complete challenges together, and spend such an energetic and joyful afternoon at The Chinese University of Hong Kong was truly the most valuable part of the event.

We believe that promoting physical literacy in early childhood is a shared journey involving families, schools, and professional support. We look forward to continuing to support children’s growth through more school-based and community activities in the future.

PLACY® 團隊早前參與由重慶大學公共管理學院及體育學院主辦的「2025年對港澳台地區短期交流項目」，與來自不同地區的大學代表交流身體素養與公共健康相關議題。

是次交流圍繞數字健康背景下的身體素養提升、公共健康服務模式及體育教育實踐，透過學術座談、機構參訪及專業對話，促進跨地區經驗分享。

對 PLACY® 而言，這次交流不只是一次參訪，更是拓闊跨區域合作視野、深化實務連結的重要機會。

The PLACY® team recently joined the 2025 Chongqing University Exchange Programme for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Regions, together with representatives from universities across different regions.

The exchange focused on physical literacy development and public health service models in the context of digital health. Through academic forums, institutional visits, and professional dialogue, the programme provided valuable opportunities for cross-regional exchange and collaboration.

For PLACY®, the experience was not only an opportunity to share Hong Kong’s practices in physical literacy assessment and school-based health promotion, but also a meaningful step in broadening our perspective on future collaboration and applied practice.

【PLACY® x SSPE x PEU x 香港體育記者協會｜體育傳媒實戰工作坊🎙️】

PLACY® 將在2026年5月與 #中大體育運動科學系 (SSPE)、 #中大體育部 (PEU) 及 #香港體育記者協會 (HKSPA) 攜手合作舉辦「體育傳媒實戰工作坊」。

本次工作坊由多位資深導師帶領，涵蓋運動攝影、比賽評述及活動主持三大專業領域。除了理論學習，學員更有機會走進 HKSPA 3x3 賽事現場進行實習，從數據與鏡頭出發，體驗體育傳媒的前線工作。

我們非常期待看到學員們拿起相機、握起麥克風，在真實賽場中發掘自己的傳媒潛能！相信透過真實場景的實戰訓練，能協助學生建立自信，並更全面地了解體育產業的多元發展與專業素養。

【PLACY® x SSPE x PEU x HKSPA | Sport Media On Air! 🎙️】

PLACY® is thrilled to collaborate with CUHK SSPE, PEU, and the Hong Kong Sports Press Association (HKSPA) to present the "Sport Media Workshop," offering a high-impact practical experience for youth.

The workshop will be led by industry professionals and covers three major areas: sports photography, match commentary, and event hosting. Beyond theory, participants will step onto the frontlines of the HKSPA 3x3 basketball tournament for an on-site internship, experiencing the dynamic world of sports media through their own lenses and voices.

We believe that through hands-on training in real-world scenarios, students can build confidence and gain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse career paths and professional competencies within the sports industry. We can’t wait to see our students pick up their cameras and microphones to discover their potential in a real-world sports media setting!

【活動回顧｜香港青少年籃球青訓動作技能測試】 🏀📊
3月29日，PLACY® 於香港中文大學為 #香港東方籃球青年軍 約100位 U12–U19球員 進行身體素養與動作技能測試。透過標準化流程記錄球員在不同能力面向的表現，協助球員、教練及家長更清楚掌握現況與訓練方向。

本次測試涵蓋多個與籃球表現相關的能力面向。見到各位球員認真投入每一項測試，相信透過後續的結果整理與重點解讀，能把數據轉化成可視化、可追蹤的回饋，支援日後訓練與階段性檢視。

PLACY® 會持續以科學化的方式，支持青少年運動員的長期發展！

On March 29, PLACY® conducted a Youth Basketball Physical Performance Assessment at The Chinese University of Hong Kong for approximately 100 U12–U19 players from the Hong Kong Eastern Basketball Youth. Through our standardized assessment, we recorded player performance across various physical dimensions. This data-driven approach helps players, coaches, and parents gain a clearer understanding of current skill levels and future training directions.

The assessment covered essential areas for basketball performance. We were impressed by the focus and dedication every player brought to each station! The results will be consolidated and interpreted into clear, visual, and trackable feedback to support training direction and periodic progress review.

PLACY® remains committed to supporting the long-term development of youth athletes through a scientific, evidence-based approach.

【PLACY® Agility Run Challenge | Top 10 Results Announcement】

Thank you to everyone who took part in the PLACY® Agility Run Challenge during the NYBO Youth Basketball Open (Hong Kong Division) U12 Finals Day!

After consolidating the results, we are pleased to announce the top performances in both the Boys’ Division and Girls’ Division. Congratulations to all participants who made the list, and thank you to everyone who came to challenge themselves.

Agility, reaction, and body control are all important elements of children’s and youths’ physical literacy and sports development. We are glad that this activity gave participants a chance to experience the fun of sports performance testing and to better understand their own abilities.

【PLACY® x NYBO 青少年籃球公開賽（香港賽區）U12】

PLACY® 早前參與 #東方體育會 主辦的 （香港賽區）U12 決賽日活動；於現場設置互動攤位，與到場家長、學生及參加者一同體驗運動挑戰的樂趣！

當日除了精彩刺激的決賽，我們也透過PLACY® 敏捷跑挑戰，讓參加者親身感受速度、反應與敏捷性的考驗，希望藉此提升大眾對兒童及青少年身體素養、體能發展及運動能力評估的認識。

很高興當日有不少家長、參與者、同學到攤位體驗及了解，現場氣氛熱烈，反應亦十分正面。

【PLACY® x NYBO Youth Basketball Open (Hong Kong Division) U12】

PLACY® recently took part in the Youth Basketball Open (Hong Kong Division) U12 Finals Day, hosted by , where we set up an interactive booth for parents, students, and participants to experience the fun of sports challenges.

Alongside the exciting final matches, we also introduced the PLACY® Agility Run Challenge, allowing participants to experience first-hand the demands of speed, reaction, and agility. Through this interactive activity, we hoped to raise public awareness of physical literacy, physical development, and sports performance assessment for children and youth.

We were delighted to see many parents, students, and participants visit our booth to take part and learn more about PLACY®. The on-site atmosphere was energetic, and the response was very positive.

Our sincere thanks to Eastern Sports Club for inviting PLACY® to be part of this event. We look forward to continuing to engage with children and youth through different sporting events and community activities, and to further promote physical literacy development.
