I appreciate everyone’s patience during these restless times of 2020.. I understand some of you are eager to jump right into it as the gym facilities are opening up and I’m there with you. One of the key provisions at Project Apex is of achieving your dream body. With that being said, your health and safety is equally prioritized, hence the delay. Again, I want to thank you for your patience and will be seeing you all very soon.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🙇 Had quite a bit of time to reflect and improve on my craft with the stay at home order going on. Project Apex is improving with aggression by the day. ✊ I hope to see you all very soon!

So there’s been quite a bit of requests regarding an online training program and as many of you might already know I don’t do online coaching for 2 reasons.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Bad habits/technique develops very quickly.. leading to the workouts becoming inefficient and lack purpose in the process.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. It becomes difficult for me to pinpoint any weaknesses and strengths to efficiently create an optimal program for you.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
However, given current circumstances.. I will temporarily be providing online coaching until the quarantine has been lifted. To best mitigate the two problems I’ve mentioned above, each workout will come with a demonstrative video as well as a detailed description to best suit the training standards of Project Apex. Twice a week I’ll be doing a live 1-1 video stream to go over any workouts and/or recovery work. Nutritional guide will also be included along with recipes upon request.

🧠 From the second you step in, to the second you step out.. you’re either training.. or learning. Stimulate the mind as well as the body. 💪 -Apex
