The answer translates directly to schools and teams.

A true feedback ecosystem includes:
→ Coach/leader-to-learner feedback
→ Peer feedback (underused, and powerful in both directions)
→ Automated/data feedback (useful for frequency and patterns, not a replacement for judgment)
→ Broadcast feedback (shapes culture and shared language)
→ Self-assessment (the skill that determines long-term independence)
→ Learner-to-leader feedback

Summer is actually the perfect time to think about this. Before the year starts, before the routines calcify: What feedback structures are you designing intentionally vs. leaving to chance? Feedback matters, whether you're coaching a crew or leading a faculty.
