I’ve tried to keep the job description simple and to the point. Those are technical competencies but the perfect personality fit for this role is someone:
1. who is ready to make a long term commitment (minimum 6 months) to be trained and up-skill in college counselling working directly with me
2. who understands the nature of college counselling: which entails the hours it takes, how days look like in peak application regardless of winter weddings and commitments
3. doesn’t rely on Chat GPT at any step of the research or editing process
This role pays market competitive salary, would be ideal for someone with an education, psychology or HR academic background.
You will closely work with students and parents, creating managed expectations, detailed roadmaps of what to do when, help students curate their narrative authentically and be at the forefront of academic and higher education success of our youth!
