And Technology Dramatics Society: Encore does not disappoint.

In the latest edition of Thomso, IIT Roorkee’s cultural fest, Encore has secured gold in the stageplay competition, adapting Federico Garcia’s play for Roorkee’s stage.

Words have the power to challenge norms, spark change, and inspire courage. Every voice carries a story, an idea, or a dream that can shape the world around us.

This International Women’s Day, the Women Students’ Council, in collaboration with Encore, invites you to celebrate the power of expression through an Elocution Competition. Step onto the stage and share what inspires you to stand for equality and empowerment.

Guidelines for participants:
• Each speaker will have a maximum of 4 minutes to present.
• Speeches may be delivered in Hindi or English.
• The competition is open to participants of all genders.
• Most importantly, speak your truth and enjoy the experience!
