What an incredible night for Crook County! 💙

We had the honor of presenting $22,500 in scholarships to our amazing Crook County High School 2026 graduates and alumni. These students have shown heart, grit, and a deep commitment to their community.

To our scholarship recipients:
You inspire us. You’ve already proven your dedication to Crook County through your service, your involvement, and your determination. We are proud to support your dreams and the future you’re building. Remember our belief in you and stop by for a visit when you're in town!

Rotary’s motto, Service Above Self, shines brightly in each of you. We cannot wait to see where your journey leads next.
🌟 Congratulations! 🌟

And to our community- THANK YOU!
Your support during Rotary on the Radio each April makes nights like this possible.
A special shout‑out to 95.7 The Ranch for your partnership and to Rotarian Frank Porfily, whose passion and fundraising leadership makes these scholarships possible.

Together, we are shaping the future.

When Shawna Holland, a nutrition educator with the Oregon State University Extension Service in Crook County, spoke at a Prineville town hall on Saturday, April 4, hosted by U.S. Sen. Jeff Merkley, she highlighted a local solution to a statewide challenge. The Crook County Green Bags project connects neighbors, reduces food waste and helps keep local food pantries stocked. It’s a simple, community-driven model making a real difference for food access in rural Oregon.
