This quarter, we were thrilled to welcome industry mentor Anita Punjabi (), Head of People and Culture at Rare Beauty, to SCAD. 🌟

Students had the opportunity to connect with Anita in person through portfolio reviews and in-class visits, where they showcased their work, asked thoughtful questions, and gained valuable industry insight. 🤩🙌

Through our mentorship program, we continue to bring distinguished industry leaders to SCAD to share their expertise, introduce students to new career possibilities, and create meaningful connections. 💫

We are proud to spotlight our talented SCAD student Rylee Funfsinn (B.F.A., Business of Beauty and Fragrance, 2026) ✨

Rylee was selected as a Top Four Finalist for the prestigious Chairman’s Award at the Fashion Scholarship Fund, competing for a $25,000 grand prize and presenting her case study live to leading fashion industry executives at the 2026 FSF Gala in New York City. 🤩🌟

Her award-winning concept, Bye Bye Jetlag, reimagined a cross-industry collaboration between Mario Badescu Skin Care and Norse Atlantic Airways, bringing this year’s theme, fashion crosses industries, to life through innovative beauty strategy. 💫

During her time in New York, Rylee also had the incredible opportunity to meet with ’s team, connecting directly with the brand behind her case study concept. 🙌🤩

From presenting the highest-scoring case study in Business Strategy to connecting with industry leaders in NYC, Rylee’s journey reflects the power of creativity, strategy, and ambition in action. 💫
