English is very simple and comes from a very oral tradition, so history is important to know why many of the letters in the alphabet sometimes don’t even get pronounced. English is lazy!

Guys! This is WHY you shouldn’t translate when you want to speak English because you need to feel the language to share what you want to say.

For example, growing up in Chile, teachers would say if you get a 3.9 (rojo) or in percentage 69% you fail the class, but in the US in English, we typically say if you get a 70% or above you pass!

Do you hear the emotion? In Spanish, it can be negative and English can be more positive. How does that impact how we view life?
