CELEBRATE YOU! Embracing Your PROPs (Personal Realization of Power).
Taking time to celebrate your success is a key factor in embracing your professional power. And before you say, “Celebrating or talking about my successes feels too much like bragging.” Allow me to share a few words from Marianne Williamson: “Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.”
There was “no playing small” during Women’s History Month. It was a priveledge to work with the fifth cohort of amazing women from the University of Pennsylvania throughout the month of March. This week we celebrated our final day of my four part women’s leadership program, The Emerging Leader: Take Control of Your Career - Do What You Desire, Dare and Deserve to Do.

To Cohort 5 and all the awesome cohorts before you, Shine on! You deserve it!
