APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION for the 87th Commencement Exercises and Investiture Ceremonies are now available at the Registrar’s Office starting Monday, March 28, 2022. Please visit the office to apply for inclusion of your name in the graduation program and to check your profile and academic records to conform the academic requirements for graduation.
Deadline of Submission: May 6, 2022.

NOTE: Please settle all subjects with remarks “In Progress” and “INC” and bring with you a copy of your updated Evaluation of Grades.

All applicants who fill out the link in Google Form provided in the auto response will be voided since it is intended for Batch 2021 only. Batch 2022 applicants must visit the office for application.
