Feeling grateful to receive my Sandan certificate in Okinawan Kobudo from Dai Nippon Butokukai.

A special congratulations to all those that tested and passed their grading!

Their waza and spirit shone through. All demonstrated strong spirits and unwavering focus.

After an evening of hard training, body conditioning and Kata the students received their grading results.

Congratulations to Senpai Viet on receiving his Karate -Do-Nidan (2nd degree) Menkyo from Dai Nippon Butokukai and Shorinji Ryu Kobudo Shodan (1st degree) from Canada Budokai Academy.
Senpai Viet has worked diligently on the path of Budo and sets an example with his humility and dedication.
I am extremely proud of him as a student and expect great things from him in years to come.

I’m proud to announce the opening of a new Dojo.
In addition to our Carsa dojo which in September of this year marks its 10th year, we now have a location serving the cowichan Valley, located in Duncan at Vimy Hall. With adult classes Mon Wed and Thurs.
