What’s better than warm enough weather to eat your lunch outside with your friends

This week we had a great time hosting the Career and Technical Education (CTE) career fair.

Thank you to all the awesome presenters - you never know when a student chooses a career based on a short conversation with an expert in a field! We appreciate you and your time!

We also hosted students from Oberon, Arvada k-8 and Alameda!

Wow wow wow we had an amazing demonstration at school this week from AlSi Ceramics.
Students were able to do raku firing which is a type of pottery firing process that involves removing pottery from tre kiln while it is still glowing hot and placing it into a container filled with combustible materials.

How cool are these pieces!?

These 7th grade space experts are answering the very questions they asked at the beginning of the unit!

Last week these Wayne Carle leaders worked really hard to raise funds for a Make-a-Wish recipient. They were very creative with fundraising and did a coin drive, class competitions, paper airplane contest, hat days, etc!

They attended the Ralston Valley Make-a-Wish assembly and had a great time supporting the wish recipient 💜
