Can Rank Be Bought?

A black belt is earned through years of sweat, discipline, and countless hours of practice—not by paying fees or collecting certificates.

A real martial artist doesn't need to brag about rank. Their technique, character, humility, and dedication speak for themselves.

Titles can be printed.
Certificates can be purchased.
Politics can create promotions.

But none of those things can replace solid fundamentals, clean kata, effective technique, and years of honest training.

The martial arts community should encourage integrity over ego, skill over status, and respect over empty titles.

Whether you're a white belt or an 8th Dan, the question remains the same:

Can you truly demonstrate what your rank represents?

Train hard. Stay humble. Let your karate speak louder than your certificate.

We had a fantastic grading on Saturday . So much skill, determination and spirit shown from our youngest "Warriors " to our senior grades progressing to Dan grade and to junior black belt.
As instructors it makes us proud that our personal method of teaching works so well and brings out the very best in our students.
It was a brilliant grading, well done to you all .
Thanks to all of our seniors who helped put . We couldn't do it without your support.
We look forward to our journey for the next belt

We’re excited to confirm our upcoming grading dates:

📅 **Pre-Grading:** Saturday 6th June 2026
📅 **Grading:** Saturday 27th June 2026
📍 **Eric Payne Community Centre, Alcester**

👉 **Pre-grading is open to everyone and is a MUST for anyone wishing to grade.**
This session ensures all students are fully prepared and ready to perform at their best.
