Was such a joy leading yoga at Motivation Monday- Micro Meetup SD this week. As modern women, especially those in biz & office work, we spend so much time craned over phones. Typing on computers.

This practice's mission: Yoga to open the chest, stretch the shoulders and loosen the neck.

*To counteract the screen time.

*To get us feeling tall, powerful and ready to tackle the To Do list ahead.
