With less than a week to go until the bar exam, students often ask me how they should spend the last week preparing. There is no better predictor of what will be on the bar exam than past bar exam questions and answers. Engagement with prior exams and answers is the best final review. Good luck to everyone!

When studying for the bar exam, remember that learning and memorizing the law is only part of the process, understanding what is expected on essays and MPTs, as well as the MBE, is critical to success. Don't neglect to review prior exams and answers to get an idea of what is expected.

For many students, the Thanksgiving weekend kicks off the bar study period. If you are a retaker, consider ordering your prior exam for review. It’s tough to improve without understanding where points were lost. I remain available to review unsuccessful essays and to provide feedback. Meetings available in person and by zoom.
