Please check the attached images for the list of examinees, including your test date, time, and assigned testing venue.

📌 REMINDERS

⏰ Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled examination time.

⛔ Late Policy
Late examinees will NOT be admitted once the examination has started.

👕 Attire
Wear appropriate and comfortable attire during the examination.

• G*T Form
• Certified True Copy of SHS Report Card / Transcript of Records (photocopy)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character (photocopy)
• PSA Live Birth Certificate (photocopy)
• One (1) 2×2 ID Picture
• Long White Folder
• Two (2) No. 2 Pencils with Eraser
• Blue Ink Ballpen
• Valid ID
• Bottle of Water

🚫 Walk-in applicants will NOT be entertained.

In view of the forecasted heat index for tomorrow (April 8, 2026), Face-to-face classes remain suspended. All classes will be shifted to blended learning (modular or online) in accordance with CAPSU Memo Order No. 25-03-0997, s. of 2025.
