Al Munawwara Islamic School is glad to announce that its Online Halaqatul Qur'an has been started and still open for more participants.

This program is open to everyone, and no payment is required. However, for those who are willing to give Sadaqah, it is permissible, In Sha aAllah.

قالَ رَسُولُ اللّهِ (صَلَّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ): خِـيارُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرآنَ وَ عَلَّمَهُ إِلـى غَيْرِهِ.

The Messenger of Allah (blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) has said: “The best of those amongst you is the one who learns the Qur’an and then teaches it to others.”

This training program is accredited by PRC with 15 CPD credit units and has a new session on the Senior High School Automated Assessment Scoring Application (SHS AASA).

Whether schools intend to participate in the SHS voluntary certification or use the SHS Certification Assessment Instrument for internal quality assurance, they will find this program beneficial to their preparations.

Registration fee is Php2,000 per participant. The webinar-workshop will be held via Zoom.

Four students of Davao-based Al Munawwara Islamic School paid a courtesy call on Consul General Renato N. Dueñas, Jr. They participated in the American School in Dubai Model United Nations (ASDMUN) from 7 to 9 April 2023. They shared with Dubai PCG their experiences while participating in mock UN debates on various global and regional concerns, including climate change, illegal drugs, food security, and development.

LATEST UPDATE | SADAQAH JARIYAH AT WAQAF

Assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuho.

Alhamdulillahi rabbil alameen!

We have already started the Sadaqah Jariyah at Waqaf for the year 2023 and there has already been an amount received of P742,434.68 and we have utilized P501,160.00. This is in preparation for the various programs in 2023.

AMIS is very grateful to have been supported by different individuals through the Sadaqah Program to make each of these programs possible.
