Ngano importante nga moapil ang mga ginikanan sa Early Registration?
1. Kabahin kini sa legal nga responsibilidad sa mga ginikanan.
Sumala sa Presidential Decree No. 603 (Child and Youth Welfare Code), ang mga ginikanan adunay pangunahing responsibilidad sa pag-atiman, paggiya, ug pagpa-eskwela sa ilang mga anak. Ang Early Registration makatabang aron masiguro nga ang bata maapil ug maandam alang sa umaabot nga tuig sa eskwelahan.
2. Nagsuporta kini sa katungod sa bata sa edukasyon.
Sumala sa 1987 Philippine Constitution, Article XIV, Section 1, ang gobyerno adunay obligasyon sa pagpanalipod ug pagpalambo sa katungod sa tanang Pilipino sa kalidad nga edukasyon. Ang kooperasyon sa mga ginikanan sa Early Registration makatabang sa gobyerno ug eskwelahan sa pag-andam og igo nga magtutudlo, silid-klase, ug mga materyales sa pagkat-on.
3. Gikinahanglan kini sa polisiya sa DepEd.
Ang Department of Education (DepEd) nagpagawas og mga balaod ug memorandum matag tuig nga nag-awhag ug nagmandato sa Early Registration. Pinaagi niini, ang mga eskwelahan makaplano sa:
pag-assign sa mga magtutudlo
pag-andam sa mga classroom ug pasilidad
paghatag og igo nga libro ug learning materials
Kung walay Early Registration, posible nga magka-overcrowded ang klase ug kulang ang mga gamit sa eskwelahan.
4. Makatabang kini sa hapsay ug sayon nga enrollment.
Ang Early Registration makalikay sa kalibog, dugay nga pagpila, ug kalangay sa pag-enroll. Makatabang kini aron ang klase magsugod sa hustong oras ug walay samok.
5. Nagpakita kini sa panagbahin nga responsibilidad sa edukasyon.
Ang edukasyon responsibilidad sa gobyerno, eskwelahan, ug ginikanan. Pinaagi sa pag-apil sa Early Registration, gipakita sa mga ginikanan ang ilang aktibong pagtagad ug pagpakabana sa edukasyon sa ilang anak.

โœ” Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years old on or before October 31, 2026
โœ” Children born November 1 โ€“ December 31, 2026 may still be considered if ECCD requirements are met

โ€ข Accomplished Early Registration Form
โ€ข Proof of the previous grade (if applicable)
