Sedona Sol Joyful Kids Yoga

In loving memory of Sraddhasagar Ruth Hartung! Sraddha started the first Mom and Babies yoga class in Sedona at 7 Centers Yoga Arts in 1997. She was dedicated to yoga education for children, and inspired me to take my love for teaching children in the direction of yoga education for children. Here are some highlights of the program: Children's Yoga Lessons; Children's Mindfulness Lessons; Integrated Peace/Kindness Curriculum for classrooms; Developmentally-based, age-appropriate yoga instruction for up to 18 year-old, Children with Special Needs Yogic Education and Children's Ayurveda.
